Jesse is a Human Rights Activist, an IT specialist passionate about Internet Governance and Digital Human Rights. He is a member of The Internet Society Uganda Chapter and The ICT Authority of Uganda and has become a more influential personality in promoting youth inclusion in Internet Governance through advocacy for the rights to Internet Freedom and digital inclusion focused on building a positive narrative for youth participation in Internet Governance & Human Rights in a move aimed to motivate young people to advocate for social justice and good governance in Uganda an aspiration to building global technology leaders with exceptional skills that will benefit communities in finding solutions to problems using technology committed to unlocking their full potential and improving the livelihoods of people.
