My background is in technology, professional services and digital media. I co-founded Zapnito due to a number of related observations from my time in these sectors: 1) the social web is creating a huge amount of noise 2) expertise that brands have built up over decades is being drowned out and hidden from those that need it 3) these brands are therefore losing their audience to often undeserving and unhelpful sources, and 4) people are finding it harder to access the expertise that they truly value. I therefore decided to create Zapnito, a white-label platform to help trusted brands reclaim their audiences via expert-driven knowledge networks.

Based in our London office, I am the Head of Outreach & Partnerships for Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Australasia.

Susan is a search engine consultant and was the first person to crack the Google PageRank algorithm. She is also a Queen's Leaders Mentor for the Commonwealth at Cambridge University. Also the CEO of The Peoples Hub built to help people help people, and to love the planet.

I am an accredited SiLC, Chartered Geologist (CGeol), Chartered member of the institute of wastes management (MCIWM), and a Qualified Person under the CL:AIRE Code of Practice for the Definition of Waste (QP). My expertise lies in environmental due-diligence, geo-environmental and geotechnical engineering assessments, and tackling of challenging sites, which ultimately results in saving my clients' money. Aside from my day job, I am passionate about #womeninengineering and #socialmobility.
