From her first memorable visit to a science museum as a child, Elizabeth Poulter has always had a passion for science that has guided her career. From academic research in Molecular Biology, to secondary science teaching and STEM engagement in the cultural sector, Liz brings to the InspiringSTEM Network 16 years of diverse experiences in the STEM sector. 

Currently as a Learning Programme Manager at the London Transport Museum, Liz manages the delivery and strategic direction of the Museum’s Enjoyment to Employment programme, an innovative partnership between the Museum’s Learning team and a collation of industry sponsors. 

The programme delivers STEAM activities to over 50,000 children, young people and their key influencers with the aim to turn childhood enthusiasm into careers in the transport sector.
